Where to start?

There are two scenarios to activate contractor contracts:

  • Your client has created and sent you a contract

  • You created the contracted and sent it to your client

In order to activate the contract, both client and contractor need to sign the contract - if only one party signs it, the same will remain inactive until the other party signs it.


Your client has created and sent you a contract

In this case, you will receive an email invitation to sign the contract and should follow these steps:

  • Click on the 'Review & Sign' link on the email

  • The link will lead you directly to the Deel platform and the contract tab

  • Once there, you will be able to access the contract and digitally sign it

Please note that you will not see the unsigned contract on your dashboard - you need to access it from the email.

Here's how to sign the contract:

You created the contracted and sent it to your client

‍In this case, after you created the contract, you will need to send it to your client for signature.

Once the client has signed, you will be able to sign it as well.

All you need to do is enter your client's email and a message (optional), which will trigger an email notification to your client with the link of the contract.
