Additional KYC information required

In some cases, we may need to request more information for you, which will be represented in the form of a pop-up on your Deel Card page.

If you see the below popup on your Deel Card page, please double-check the details you previously entered.

Some common reasons for this popup:

  • the proof of address document does not clearly contain your name and full billing address

  • a non-English proof of address document

  • the proof of address document is blurry

Please note that the name and full billing address on your proof of address must match exactly to what you input below.
