BambooHR is HR software that collects and organizes all the information you gather throughout the employee life cycle, then helps you use it to achieve great things.
Deel makes it easy to auto-push contract profile and job information from Deel to BambooHR. It allows you to streamline your hiring and ongoing HR processes by:
Creating BambooHR profiles and pre-populating them with information from Deel, and
Updating job information relevant to signed or amended contracts on an initial and ongoing basis
All of this will minimize time spent on monotonous data entry.
Here is a step by step guide on how to add BambooHR to your team:
Select a team then navigate to the "Team settings", go to Add New integration then "Human Resources" and select BambooHR. Click on "Next"
Now you need to link your profile to the team by entering your BambooHR subdomain. If the domain is valid you will be prompted to log in to BambooHR.
If you are already logged in the account will be connected automatically.
On the next screens, you will be asked what information you would like to sync with BambooHR - contract types, contractor information, job information.
After that, you will need to choose if you would like to sync data automatically in the future when you create a new contract or amend an existing one.
The next screen will give you an option to sync all the existing contracts. You can choose to select all or to link only some of the entries on the list.

- Deel contractor email and BambooHR work and personal email. This might not be enough so we also use the following if no match found:
- First and last name
- Date of birth
