If you ever need a different team member to sign a contract, you can do so by sending them an invite via email through the Deel platform.

Process flow:

  1. Create a contract and click "Invite team member to sign".

  2. Select the team member you want to invite to sign. Note: The invitee must be a part of your Deel team in order to be invited.

  3. You will be able to add an optional note to provide additional details if needed.

  4. Once completed, you will see this confirmation that the invite has been sent.

  5. The invitee will receive an email to review & sign on behalf of the contract creator!
