You can track and manage employee time off requests from directly within the deel platform.

You will receive an email notification each time an employee submits a time off request. To review and approve or deny the request:

  1. Log in to your Deel account.

  2. Click on the time off request card on your dashboard.

  3. To approve all requests in one go, click 'Approve all'.

  4. To review a request individually, click on the request and review the details that appear on the right hand side. From here, you can click approve or deny.

You can also track individual employee's time off requests and their time off history from within their contract page. To do this:

  1. Go to the Contracts page.

  2. Click on the employee whose time off history you want to review.

  3. Click on the time off tab.

  4. Here you can review and approve or deny pending requests as well as see previous time off that they have taken.
