As of December 6th, 2022, eligible users will be able to request physical card replacements to be delivered free of charge.
You can request your replacement physical Deel Card inside the app if you:
- Had an active Physical Deel Card that was issued before August 31st, 2022
- Received a virtual Deel Card replacement
- Reside in one of these countries:

You can also opt out of receiving the replacement card following these same steps.
Please note that if you opt out now, you will be charged card fees and shipping fees on your future order.

[ACCORDION] Where can I request a replacement Deel Card?
If you are eligible, you will be able to request a replacement when accessing your account and navigating to the Deel Card tab.
[ACCORDION] How much does it cost to get a replacement card?
Replacement cards are issued free of charge. New card and shipping fees will not be debited from your wallet. Customs costs (if applicable) are also covered.
[ACCORDION] If I opt out, will I get a refund for the paid fees?
Yes. If you choose not to receive a replacement, you will receive a $5 USD refund, per card, for any new card fee paid on the original card.
[ACCORDION] Can I ship my card to a different location?
Yes, you will be able to input a delivery address of your preference.
However, due to global shipping delays, we do not suggest shipping to an address that is not your permanent residence unless you plan to reside there for at least a month.
[ACCORDION] How can I track the shipment?
A: As soon as your card is shipped, you will be notified and receive a tracking number through email. This information will also be available on your Deel Card page until you activate your card.
[ACCORDION] What's the estimated delivery time?
It usually takes between 2 - 3 weeks until your card is delivered, depending on your delivery address. Please check these estimates below:
- Africa: 3 - 4 weeks
- North America: 1 - 3 weeks
- South America: 1 - 3 weeks
- Asia: 3 - 4 weeks
- Europe: 2 - 4 weeks
- Oceania: 3 - 4 weeks
[ACCORDION] What will happen to the replacement virtual card?
The virtual card will still remain active, and you can keep using it to make online purchases if you wish.
If you do not want to keep the card, you may cancel it from your account.

Yes, but if you opt out now then you will have to pay any applicable fees when you order a physical card in the future.
