The contractor invoice cycle and estimated payment arrival will vary depending on your contract type.
Independent contractors on Deel are able to see the Payment Tracker, which provides an easy-to-follow timeline of the payment process.
Please note that the estimated arrival we provide is defined by the invoice due date, and depends on whether the client paid the invoice on time.
See our Frequently Asked Questions for more details.
Contractors with Fixed Rate or Pay As You Go contractors will see scheduled upcoming payments listed on their home page.
You can access the upcoming payments tracker anytime by selecting the Transactions tab, and then selecting Upcoming Payments. Click on a payment to see more details.

The Payment Tracker does not provide ETA details for Off-Cycle payments or Milestone Contract payments, because these don't generate regular invoices
FAQs
[ACCORDION] When do I get paid?
For Fixed Rate and Pay As You Go Contracts: The funds will be available on your balance on the due date as per your contract agreement. To see your due date, select the Contract Details tab on your contract. Your invoice cycle information is listed in the Payment Details box.
For Milestone Contracts: There is no regular invoice cycle with this contract type. As soon as the predetermined project milestones are completed and approved, your client will have access to your invoice. Once Deel receives your client's payment, the funds will be available on your balance.
For Off-Cycle Payments: After your client pays for the one-off invoice, it may take 3-5 business days for Deel to receive the payment. Once we receive the funds, the balance will be added to your account and you will get a notification via email. No further action is needed from your side. If you've agreed with your client to be paid via one-off payment by a certain date, please contact them if the balance is not on your account by that time.

[ACCORDION] My work submission/milestone was approved, so why don't I see the funds on my account yet?
An approved work submission means that your client has reviewed the work and it has been added to the current invoice cycle.
But it doesn’t necessarily mean the client has paid for it yet.
Once your client pays for the invoice, we'll update your account balance on the payment due date that is listed in your contract. You can find the due date in the Contract Details tab on your contract.
[ACCORDION] It is my payment due date, so why haven't I received the funds yet?
Even when your client has sent the payment, some banks may take longer to process the payment or run additional checks.
If you don't have the funds on your pay day, please wait 1-2 business days while your client's payment is being processed.
[ACCORDION] Deel is processing the payment, so when will I receive the money?
Kindly check with your client if funds have been sent to Deel. Once the funds are sent, it can take up to 3-5 business days for Deel to receive the funds and process the payment.
Once that's done you will see the balance on your account in the Contract Details tab, in the Payment Details section.
