We aim to be as transparent as possible while you wait for your workers to complete their onboarding.
We make it easy for you to stay updated on the onboarding status of your employees and contractors.
When you select the Tracker tab on your home page, you will be able to see an overview of their onboarding progress, and also identify missing tasks from their checklists.
The onboarding requirements will be different depending on if your workers are:
Onboarding updates for your:
[ACCORDION] EOR employees
When you click on an employee's name, you will see their progress Overview.
If a worker is not onboarded, you can see:
- How many onboarding tasks are still missing
- How and when Deel sent reminders to the email about their missing
- Deadline date for tasks to be completed in order to onboarded by targeted start date
You can also select the Employee Checklist tab to see specifically what tasks are completed or missing:
[ACCORDION] Global Payroll direct employees
When you click on a employee's name, you will see their progress Overview.
If they are at risk of missing their first payroll or have already missed payroll, you can click Send Reminder and we will send them an email. Or you can reach out directly to the worker for an update.

[ACCORDION] Deel HR direct employees
When you click on a employee's name, you will see their Overview and how many tasks are still missing.
Please note that a Deel HR direct employee can't have an At Risk status, because there is no start date.

If the contractor has not completed onboarding steps, you can click Send Reminder and we will send them an email.
