This guide explains how clients can request Mobility support from Deel to hire remote workers in need of visa services in a few simple steps.
Most Mobility services begin with an assessment of a prospective employee’s eligibility for a visa in a given country.
Visa assessments can be requested before or during Employer of Record (EOR) contract creation.

Requesting Visa Support During EOR Contract Creation
✅ Step 1 - Create a new Employee contract
At the moment, Deel only offers mobility support to EOR employees.
To create a new employee contract, select the (1) Add People tab on your home page and select Employee.
✅ Step 2 - Select EOR employee
Deel will act as the legal Employer of Record (EOR) to hire the worker and access Deel’s visa services.
✅ Step 3 - Fill in the details
You will be asked to enter some information about the group and the hiring entity, and personal details of the employee, including nationality and the country of employment.
✅ Step 4 - Request Mobility support
If the country of nationality and the country of employment is different, you will be asked to confirm that the employee is authorized to work in that country.
If you confirm that the employee is authorized to work in that country and you don’t need mobility support, you can select yes and upload confirmation documents.
If you don’t have the document, we will then ask the employee to upload the form as part of their onboarding checklist.
If the employee does not have the right to work in the country that you are hiring them in, select “No” to request mobility support from Deel.
Click on “Learn more ” to find more details about the visa services offered by Deel in that country, estimated processing time, and approximate costs.
✅ Step 5 - Add information
You may add additional details about the employee to help us during our review of all relevant visa options.
You can include the current country of residence, citizenships, education level, and dependents.
If you don't have this information, you can add it later or we can reach out to your employee as part of their initial assessment.
✅ Step 6 - Quote Requested!
Once we've completed the contract, we will review it and send you a quote within two to three hours during business days. Processing times during the weekend will vary.
✅ Step 7 - Review visa costs
While your quote is being prepared, you can enter any additional information that is needed for the visa assessment.
You can also see more details about costs associated with the visa, including the immigration processing fee, dependent fees, estimated government fees, and documentation fees.
