Upload a file to Secure File Vault
✅ Step 1 – Open Secure File Vault
Go to Organization Settings > Select the Secure File Vault Tab
Select Upload Files
✅ Step 2 – Select Upload Files
Click to Browse or Drag & Drop the files you want to upload. Select Upload
Note: Secure File Vault supports multiple file uploads at a time as well as ZIP files.
File formats supported: ZIP, CSV, PDF, JPEG, PNG, HEIC, DOCX, XLSX
Download Files from Secure File Vault
✅ Step 1 – Select File Name or Actions > Download
The file will download and be available in the downloads folder of your browser.
Delete Files from Secure File Vault
✅ Step 1 –Select Actions > Delete
You can delete files that you uploaded be selecting the Actions Icon > Delete
Note: You can only delete files that you have uploaded. If the file was uploaded by Deel, the option to Delete will not be available.
FAQ
[ACCORDION] Can I use Secure File Vault to upload documents for a specific entity?
Files upload to the Secure File Vault are saved at an organization level, not an entity level. Uploaded documents will not automatically link to specific entities in Deel.

Secure File Vault brings file sharing that may otherwise occur off platform (via email or alternate cloud sharing) into a secure portal. Use the Secure File Vault to share sensitive documents with your Deel team.
