In select countries, we have introduced Hourly Time Tracking through which clients can now create hourly EOR and Direct Employee contracts, and employees can submit their worked hours.
As an employee, you can submit your worked hours data on our platform which is then processed for your payroll. This article explains how you can submit, edit, and delete your worked hours.

How to submit Worked Hours
✅ Step 1 - Select Add Hours
On your Homepage, select the Time & Attendance tab and click on Add Hours
✅ Step 2 - Add Worked Hours
You can now add details of your worked hours. You can also add your break time and work description. After filling in the hours, click on Add.
✅ Step 3 - View Shift Details
You can view your shift details and approval status on the Time & Attendance page.
How to edit Worked Hours
You can edit your worked hours only if they have not yet been approved by your client. Please contact your manager if you need to edit an approved entry on your timesheet.
✅ Step 1 - Click on the work shift to edit
Select the work shift you want to edit on the Time & Attendance page and click Edit.
✅ Step 2 - Edit your Worked Hours
You can now edit your Worked Hours and click on Update.
The changes will be reflected on the platform.
How to delete Worked Hours
✅ Step 1 - Click on the Shift to delete
Select the work shift you want to edit on the Time & Attendance page and Click on Delete.
✅ Step 2 - Click on delete
The system will then show a confirmation message. If you want to delete your worked hours, click on Delete.
