Contractors Paid Outside Deel in Deel HR is a flexible worker category designed for overseeing individuals hired through external agencies or providers. 

This includes Consultants, Customer Support Agents from providers, and Freelancers from diverse platforms.

You can seamlessly integrate workers hired through agencies or providers into your workforce management system. This contractor type will not receive an invitation to join Deel; however, these workers are included as records within a client's People list.

Contractors Paid Outside Deel do not have Deel-compliant contracts nor are they paid through the Deel platform. These contractors will not have a Deel account or access to the platform.

How to create a Paid Outside Deel agreement

✅ Step 1 - Activate Deel HR on your client account

Please reach out to our Deel Support or get in touch with your assigned Customer Success Manager if Deel HR is not currently enabled on your account.

✅ Step 2 - Create Paid Outside of Deel agreement

Select the Add People tab on your home page, select Contractor worker type, and select Paid Outside of Deel.

Add details and follow the prompts until the contract is successfully created.

To search for your new Paid Outside Deel contract:

1. Click on People
2. Type the name of the person in the search bar
3. Your Paid Outside Deel Contractor will appear in the list
