Clients, contractors, and employees must contact Deel Support in order to change your account's email address.
Our support agents are available 24/7 to assist you in updating the email address on your Deel account. Once we verify your identity, our support agents will email you a verification code allowing you to update your email address on your account. You cannot use two email addresses for your Deel account.
If you are unable to access your email for a code, you can schedule a live video call with us for further assistance.
Note: It is important that employees set their account email to a personal address so that they don't lose access to their account after a contract ends.
