When do experience check-ins happen?
- Deel will initiate a check-in twice a year (bi-annually) for clients and EOR consultants
If a check-in is overdue, Deel may reach out to you to complete the survey to ensure full compliance.
How EOR consultants can complete the Deel check-in
✅ Step 1 – Receive email
Deel will send EOR consultants a regular reminder to complete their bi-annual check-in. Consultants can click Start Check-In Survey on the email or simply log into their Deel account to view any outstanding check-ins.
✅ Step 2 – View outstanding check-in
If a check-in is pending, it will open automatically when a consultant logs in to the platform.
Consultants will also see a Check-In card on their account page.
✅ Step 3 – Complete survey
The consultant will see a pop-up box with a single modal box to input the following information. All questions are mandatory:
- Experience of working at Deel
- How is your experience in your current project (mood selection)
- Additional details

Every six months after the EOR consultant completes the onboarding, the client will receive an email to complete a six-monthly check-in for that employee.
✅ Step 2 – Log into the platform
Clients will see a list of pending EOR consultants' check-ins in the My Tasks card on the home page
✅ Step 3 – Click Start to initiate the review process
Clients will be asked to complete the following information
- Performance rating (mood selection)
