A goal is a clear, actionable objective that can be set at the individual, team, or organizational level to ensure alignment and drive success. For instance, a team goal might be to increase customer satisfaction ratings by ten percent within six months.
This article explains how to set goals on Deel through Deel Performance.

After naming and describing the goal, select the goal type: individual, team, department, or company.

Clicking on the three dots by a goal from the list of goals on the dashboard present options to manually update it's progress or delete it.
3. Use Save to conclude the process.
Step 2. How to add a sub-goal to a set parent goal
Once a goal is created, child or sub-goals can be added.
1. From the list of goals, use the ellipsis (three dots) by the preferred goal to add a sub-goal.
The details to fill out are the same as for creating a parent goal and the parent goal will already be attached but there's an option to detach using the detach button.
2. Use Save to conclude the process.
Goals that have subgoals within them will be preceded by an arrow icon to show it's expandable.
