Deel AI operates independently from other Deel products, and clients are not obligated to use this tool. Whether or not clients choose to use Deel AI has no effect on the availability or performance of Deel's other products and services.

This includes content differentiation based on user type and user location to ensure we surface the most relevant information.

Privacy and Ethical Questions

Deel AI processes information that is pulled from Deels internal and specifically tailored knowledge bases. Personal information is processed by Deel AI only when a user submits a question related to their specific organization. In such cases, Deel AI accesses the Client’s data solely to provide answers based on that data. Importantly, personal data and Client data are never used for training purposes.

Deel employees can review anonymized questions and conversations for quality assurance purposes.
