As a Hofy manager you organise your team members (employees) into teams on the bottom left-hand side of your purple side of your screen. The number of teams you can create is dependant on your Hofy Tier.
Overview allows you insights into your new joiners within a specific team, requests, a percentage of approved products out of our total catalogue and a map of your assets as they are spread across the world.
[ACCORDION] Team's 'Products' catalogue
To begin building your team's catalogue by adding products to your team's pre-approved list, go to the Products tab and search the catalogue. Click on Add to approved list, and this will change to Approved. As long as this item is available in a team member's country, it will now appear in their catalogue.
You can filter by delivery country which is important to ensure what you are approving is actually available where you're hiring, equipment condition and catalogue.
To remove a product from the approved list, simply click on Approved and this will remove it from the team's catalogue. You can re-add it at any time - the list is always automatically sorted by approved first so by unapproving it, you'll see it disappear from the top back down but you can sort it differently if you want in the top right.
[ACCORDION] Catalogue availability by country
It's important to remember that regional availability of Hofy products does vary, and team members will only see the items which are available in their country so please ensure you are always filtering by the regions you are hiring in.
To filter the catalogue by country, go to Delivery country and select the country.
[ACCORDION] Settings - Overriding your company default Payments & Billing
We understand you may have different contract and support package preferences for a specific team. For example, your Engineers need our premium support package which includes a complimentary loaner during a repair to minimise any potential downtime as opposed to your Sales.
We have therefore designed very customisable settings on a team level, rather than your entire organisation level as described in Payments & Billing.
To override your company wide defaults, within Settings > Contract types > Override organisation rental terms.
[ACCORDION] Settings - Importing another team's catalogue
Instead of starting your catalogue from scratch every time you create a new team, you can just import another team's catalogue by navigating to the Team > Settings
[ACCORDION] Team members who can't see any items in their catalogue
If a team member can't see any items in their catalogue, this is most likely because the items approved for their team are not available in their country. Follow the instructions above to approve items for your team member's country.
