Hofy offers four platform tiers, providing you options to meet your organization's needs.

[ACCORDION] Hofy Entry
On our Entry platform tier, organizations can organize team members into 2 different teams. Hofy Entry allows for basic HR Integration to quickly import team members from a range of HR platforms. Hofy Entry also allows either Google or Microsoft single sign on, as well as the ability to enforce two-factor authentication. Organizations on Hofy Entry may have billing directed to one billing subsidiary.
[ACCORDION] Hofy Lite
On our Lite platform tier, organizations can distribute their team members into up to 10 different teams. With Hofy Lite, basic HR Integration allows organizations to quickly import team members from a range of HR platforms. For security, you have the option of Google, Microsoft or SAML 2.0 single sign on or enforcing two-factor authentication for logins via email and password. Organizations on Hofy Lite may have billing directed to one billing subsidiary. On this tier, you may track up to 250 devices on our Asset Tracker - including devices procured by Hofy and other suppliers.
[ACCORDION] Hofy Pro
Upgrading to our Pro platform tier allows your organization additional features that may better suit scaling teams. On Hofy Pro, team members can be grouped among 20 teams. Single sign on options, such as Okta, are available using SAML 2.0, in addition to two-factor authentication.
To save you even more time, Hofy Pro offers additional automations to streamline order approvals and HR imports. Set up automatic order approval options for orders within allowance and set a limit for the maximum number of items that can be auto-approved from any sub-category. You'll even have the option to block all requests over a team member's allowance.
Hofy Pro offers an 'Import Rules' feature that allows you to create the conditions for how you’d like to automatically import users to Hofy from your HR integration.
On Hofy Pro, your organization will have a dedicated Account Manager to review and discuss your overall Hofy usage, contractual relationship and expansion of services. At this tier, you can utilize our Asset Tracker to track up to 750 devices.
[ACCORDION] Hofy Enterprise
Building off of the features in Hofy Pro, our Enterprise platform tier offers unlimited teams and Hofy managers, as well as the ability to sign in through your custom SSO. You'll have a dedicated Account Manager and Customer Success Manager to offer support, as well as the option to have custom administrative permissions built for your organisation managers.
With global teams, often times there's a need to have some team member equipment billed to one entity while team members in another country need to be billed to another billing subsidiary. With Hofy Enterprise, we can support multiple subsidiaries to suit your billing needs.
