You’ll be able to pick and choose the Hofy services that best suit your business’ needs for each of your teams, rather than applying the same services for all orders.

[ACCORDION] One SaaS fee for your whole organisation
We’ve simplified our SaaS pricing to reduce any friction when you hire new Team Members. You’ll now pay one flat fee based on the SaaS tier you have selected, rather than paying a SaaS fee per user. You can read more details in our Hofy tiers article.

In addition to leasing devices, you’ll now have the option to purchase devices via our platform. We’ve highlighted the core differences between the two options below:
[ACCORDION] Tiered hardware support pricing
As part of our new customizable service, you’ll have more flexibility over the hardware support you offer your teams.
We appreciate that very few organisations provide the same grade device to every employee. To make sure you’re getting the best value for money, we’ve tiered our Global Hardware Support pricing to reflect the price of the device. See the table below for more info.
Note: All devices purchased from Hofy require a minimum 1 year of a support package, and all rentals require a service package for their entire duration. No service packages are offered on peripheral/accessory items.
[ACCORDION] Clearance for customer-owned devices
We realise you may have provided devices before working with us. We want to make offboarding those devices, or switching to Hofy devices, as smooth as possible.
If you opt for our Device Clearance service, we’ll compliantly dispose of these devices and pay you out on the residual value within 30 days. Contact your account owner for more information on obtaining a quote.
[ACCORDION] Purchase-only for peripherals
You’ll no longer be able to rent Peripherals from Hofy. But when you purchase, you’ll pay 20% less than the previous rental price.
[ACCORDION] Asset Tracking for all of your equipment
Hofy's new asset tracker supports our ability to service your equipment needs from procurement to management and clearance on a global scale. In addition to tracking all assets procured through Hofy, you’ll now be able to track all company-owned assets in our Asset Tracking feature.

[ACCORDION] Delivery fees
With unbundled pricing, most orders will ship with free shipping, even though shipping costs are no longer built into our pricing structure. However, we do now charge for shipping on some orders, depending on the basket value, based on US RRP. All deliveries are covered by in-transit loss and damage protection and a 10 working day SLA.
