As a user of Hofy, it is essential to know how to track your orders and shipments. Hofy provides an easy and efficient way to monitor the status of both.
[ACCORDION] Tracking orders and shipments as a team member
When you log in to your Hofy account as a team member, simply navigate to the 'Profile' section and click on the 'Orders' tab. Here, you can view all of the orders you have placed and their current status. You may also select the 'Requests' tab to view whether your order has been approved or is still pending for approval.
[ACCORDION] Tracking orders and shipments as an organisation manager
As an organization manager, your team members' orders will appear in the 'Requests' tab if they are pending your approval. Once you've approved an order, either manually or using our auto-approval workflows, you may track an order on the 'Orders' tab, orders with more items will be grouped into one single order. Here, you can search by team member, sort by product or country and also download an XLSX report that will provide more in-depth information about your orders.
When the order has been processed by Hofy, you may head over to the 'Shipments' section for access to more detailed shipment status information and tracking links that you can use to track the shipment through the courier's website.
- Our local delivery partners in some regions do not always share tracking information with us, however, we will always provide them if they do.
- Hofy will provide both you and your team members updates on the status of an order as it progresses through the fulfilment process. As a Hofy organization manager, you have the ability to control whether you receive email and/or in-app notifications for each stage of the fulfilment cycle (Click to 'Profile' in the bottom left-hand side corner for more information).
- Please note that delivery timeframes vary depending on the location of the recipient. We advise that the delivery timeframe can be up to 10 working days but it can be faster in some geographies.
**Albania, Kosovo, Bolivia, Ukraine and Nicaragua are countries where we can fulfil but not within our 10 working day SLA.
[ACCORDION] How do I track collections as an organisation manager?
Collections can also be easily tracked within the 'Shipments' page, where you can filter by shipment status or type. For orders with the shipment status of 'In transit,' simply click on the order to find a link to the courier tracking information.
