Furniture is currently only available in the UK, EU, US, and Canada. Due to the logistical challenges related to the ongoing servicing of these items and in an effort to ensure that all furniture orders are delivered and installed safely, we do not offer furniture outside of these regions. As we continue to grow and expand our operation, we are hoping to improve our country's availability of furniture over time.

Before choosing your desk from the Hofy catalogue, we suggest that you carefully measure the space in which you plan to place the desk. You'll want to ensure that your desk will comfortably fit in your desired location. Most desks are available in a variety of sizes and colours that will suit your home office space.
[ACCORDION] Do you offer chairs for people who weigh more than 130kg?
Unfortunately, none of the chairs in our current catalogue can hold over 130kg/286 lbs. Should you have any special requirements for your home working equipment, we recommend that you reach out to your employer directly and we will work with them to assist where we can.
[ACCORDION] What happens if my furniture is faulty or damaged?
For your safety, please immediately discontinue the use of any faulty or damaged furniture.

Our support team will need to collect detailed information regarding how the furniture became damaged and they may work to troubleshoot any faulty items with you. When reaching out to support it would be very helpful for you to provide a photo or video clearly showing the damage as a first step in the process. If once troubleshooting has been completed it is determined that the item requires repair or replacement, Hofy will facilitate this for you.
