Hofy operates globally, offering deliveries to and collections from our customers all around the world. Our item availability and operations may slightly vary country to country.
Hofy currently has three hubs:
- UK: London, England
- EU: Amsterdam, the Netherlands
- USA: Houston, Texas
With the strength of our hub operations, we can provide the fastest deliveries and the widest variety of available items in our catalogue in these regions.

[ACCORDION] Country coverage outside of Hofy hubs
Hofy continues to expand its operations to procure, secure and manage employee remote working equipment in more than 120 countries without leaving the Hofy platform. Any country outside of the UK, EU or US is considered outside of our hubs and represents its own unique customs region. We ensure delivery within 10 working days but we are unable to offer any furniture outside of our hubs.

[ACCORDION] Express shipping - availability and pricing
We strive to make your new joiner experience as seamless as possible. In your main manager dashboard, you can review all of your upcoming new joiners and the number of working days you have left to place their orders to ensure delivery before a new joiner's start date. If it is less than 10 working days from their start date, we will suggest to add express shipping to your basket to ensure their equipment is delivered as soon as it is physically possible, you can leave it turned on or choose to opt out instead.
We are able to offer expedited shipping only from our hubs for $105 or equivalent based on our current exchange rates.

*Due to severe flooding, we have temporarily paused all on-the-ground operations in the Rio Grande do Sul state of Brazil. This extends to deliveries, collections and repairs. We will resume services there as soon as operationally possible. Services remain operational in all other Brazilian states.
**Israel, Albania, Kosovo, Bolivia, Ukraine and Nicaragua are countries where we can fulfil but not within our 10 working day SLA.
