We are thrilled that Hofy will be providing remote working equipment to your organisation. We offer an extensive catalogue of products which varies by country and is subject to approval by your Hofy organisation managers.
[ACCORDION] Placing orders through Hofy as a team member
To place an order on the Hofy platform, go to the 'Catalogue' and select the products you need. You may add as many products as you require, but please be mindful of the available credits allocated to you by your organisation, as this will determine the number and type of products you may request. In the event that you exceed your credit limit, you can still request products for manager approval. Laptops are credit exempt as they are the primary device for your remote work setup.
It is important that your address and phone number are correct and available in your profile as your requests will not proceed if this information is missing. In a handful of countries, our courier partners require an identification number for delivery. Here's a list of delivery countries where we'll ask for an identification number.
Once you have finished selecting your products, proceed to your basket, and click 'Request Products.' Your Hofy organisation manager will need to approve the request. You may check the status of your order in the 'Requests' tab on the right-hand side of the screen.

Once the request has been approved, we will receive the order and process it for you.
You will receive an email confirmation upon receiving your order, another email containing your estimated delivery window, and another email when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery in the UK, EU or USA, and up to 10 working days for delivery in all other countries. Some delivery partners do not always share tracking information with us, however, we will always send this out via email if they do.
[ACCORDION] I can't see my orders. What should I do?
It's possible that your selected products are still in your basket and haven't been requested yet. Make sure to click 'Request Products' after selecting your equipment.
If your request hasn't yet been approved by your organisation, it will show its status as 'Pending Approval.' Once approved by your Hofy organization manager, it will state 'Approved' and indicate the date that your order was approved. Please reach out to your organisation if you would like your requests to be approved right away.
If your order has been approved but you cannot see it on the platform, please reach out to Hofy Support via our help widget or please fill this contact form and select Deel IT.
[ACCORDION] Placing an order as an Organisation Manager for a new team member
Hofy organisation managers can also place an order on behalf of the team members. This feature provides managers with full control over their team members' orders.
To place an order for a team member, navigate to the 'New Order' tab located at the upper right-hand side of the Orders screen and select "New Team member". The organisation manager can manage options for rental duration, including 12, 24, or 36 months and billing frequency options, including monthly, annual, and upfront. When using the new team member flow, this option will only be available on the "Review basket" screen by going to the item in the basket and using the Pencil icon to edit payment options.
When you are finished adding equipment to your basket, please review the order details and make sure that all information is correct, particularly the address and phone number of a team member. Once confirmed, you may place the order and it will be automatically approved.
[ACCORDION] Placing an order as an Organisation Manager for an existing team member
To place an order for an existing team member, navigate to the 'New Order' tab located at the upper right-hand side of the Orders screen and select “Existing Team member" or New team member and just create their profile from scratch whilst ordering.
When adding the item to the basket, the organisation manager will be presented with options for managing the rental duration, including 12, 24, or 36 months and billing frequency options, including monthly, annual, and upfront.
When you are finished adding equipment to your basket, please review the order details and make sure that all information is correct, particularly the address and phone number of a team member. Once confirmed, you may place the order and it will be automatically approved.
[ACCORDION] Refurbished devices - up to 50% cheaper
You now have the option to order refurbished devices from Hofy (subject to availability). To place an order for a refurbished device, the platform works exactly the same way as when you're placing an order for a new device, but it will clearly state it is refurbished and cheaper. We include 1 year warranty, provided by Hofy.
