Once an order has been placed through the Deel platform and the contract fully created (note if the contract status is in Request Pending, you will need to reach out to Deel Support), Hofy will then receive and process the order on our side. Hofy will handle the logistics of any deliveries or collections. Please contact us please fill this form and select Deel IT if you need any assistance with the following areas:
- updates to deliveries and changing delivery details such as addresses
- general help with deliveries and delivery timeframes
- reporting missing, damaged or lost items
- replacements of faulty items, repairs, and complimentary loaner laptops

- issues with contract creation
- requesting the equipment cancellation and collection
- payment related queries
- queries regarding contracts, cancellations costs, and early contract terminations
[ACCORDION] Which Hofy services are not included for customers through the Deel partnership?
Please note that the following services are not available through the Deel partnership:
- Point to point transfers
- Store and reuse service
- Equipment purchase
- Asset tracking
- Add on Hofy IT services such as MDM (mobile device management), device pre-configuration, device clearance, and off-catalogue order requests
