To save you time as you develop your asset register of existing company-owned assets on Hofy's platform, we now offer a bulk asset uploads feature. Use our new Bulk Upload wizard to upload any .csv file (only .csv files accepted) to create multiple assets at one time!

[ACCORDION] The Hofy Agent

Forget about writing out all the details of your assets yourself which can quickly change and become out of date.

With the help of the Hofy Agent, you can obtain all clear, complete and up to date information about your company assets simply by using Hofy's software in seconds. Simply download it to try it on your own account first. Then, it can be deployed via MDM to your entire workforce, ensuring you have all the data you need about your company laptops. That way, your team will have the single source of truth into the accurate details, the health and security of your assets with real time condition report.

[ACCORDION] Transfer/Reassign

By logging all in-person transfers of your assets, it helps to keep your asset register up-to-date and accurate. You can reassign assets between your users, without Hofy's logistical support or with the help of Hofy logistics for $70 or equivalent based on fx rates within the same customs regions.

[ACCORDION] Store

Hofy also provides a Store and Reuse service for customer-owned devices. You may now store your devices with Hofy at one of our warehouse or use our logistics to store your equipment in your own storage location. Once an asset goes into storage, the asset location will change from 'with user' to 'in storage' on the platform. To manage or create your own storage locations, please head to your name in the bottom left-hand side corner of the platform, select 'Settings' and then 'Locations.'

You'll also be able to get a running history of everything that’s happened to a device over time, from procurement through to disposal. This will be automatic if using Hofy’s lifecycle services to manage your devices.
