Active Hofy users who are not fully migrated yet onto Deel IT are able to place orders on our platform using credits, which are allocated by organisation managers. Team members can only see the credit cost of items in the catalogue, while managers can see the monetary cost of each item.

Credit allowances are controlled by an organisation's Hofy managers. Managers can place orders on behalf of a team member regardless of that team member's remaining credits - however this is at your organisation's discretion.

When you're logged into the platform, you can see how many credits you have available in the top right-hand side of your screen.

To see how many credits you've used so far, go to your profile. This accounts for products you currently hold, as well as any outstanding requests.
