Pricing for MDM is priced per device, per month with a 10-device minimum commitment. Included in this pricing, Hofy will setup the JumpCloud environment, configure all the policies that your organisation wants and maintain your MDM.

[ACCORDION] Can we enrol all of our devices on Hofy's MDM?

Yes! MDM can be installed on all devices, including devices you've procured through Hofy and those you already own. JumpCloud MDM supports iOS, Android, MacOS, Windows and Linux devices. We will provide a self-enrolment page that can be used to enrol customer-owned devices. If your organisation had an MDM solution prior to Hofy's JumpCloud MDM, you will need to first remove the previous MDM solution. You can manually enrol a device into your MDM by using a specific link our IT team will provide to you.

[ACCORDION] We already have an MDM through Hofy, will we be required to change?

If your organisation already has a legacy MDM environment managed by Hofy, we will continue to support your legacy service at your existing pricing and will not require legacy MDM customers to migrate.

[ACCORDION] Can JumpCloud MDM enforce security policies on mobile devices?

Yes, JumpCloud MDM enables organisations to enforce security policies on mobile devices. Administrators can define policies related to password complexity, data encryption, app usage restrictions and remote data wiping to ensure devices comply with organisational security standards.

[ACCORDION] How does JumpCloud MDM provide insights into device health and performance?

JumpCloud MDM's System Insights feature provides detailed device health and performance metrics. It offers real-time visibility into device CPU usage, memory utilisation, battery status and network connectivity. This helps organisations proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact productivity.

[ACCORDION] After the MDM is setup, what is left for our organisation to do?

IT Administrators: We offer a fully-managed service. The only thing your organisation’s IT administrators need to to is enrol your existing devices or instruct users to enrol their existing devices. Your IT Admins can have full access within JumpCloud if they want to have visibility over the MDM and can make changes to devices or policies as they see fit.

Team members: Your employees with existing devices will need to enrol their devices into JumpCloud, using the self-enrollment page Hofy will provide.

Apple Business Manager is a web-based portal for IT administrators to deploy iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, and Mac all from one place. Apple Business Manager enables automated device enrolment, giving organisations a fast, streamlined way to deploy corporate-owned Apple devices and enrol in MDM without having to physically touch or prepare each device.

[ACCORDION] What is the difference between ABM and MDM?

ABM provides the infrastructure for device enrolment and central management control, while MDM offers the tools and features to implement policies, configure settings, and manage devices on an ongoing basis. ABM serves as the enrolment platform, facilitating the initial setup and configuration of devices with pre-defined MDM profiles. Once enrolled through ABM, the devices are then managed and controlled by the MDM system.

[ACCORDION] In which locations can Hofy offer ABM?

Hofy is working to expand our ABM enrolment capabilities. We currently offer ABM enrolment in our core regions of UK, EU and US, along with an expanding list of other countries.

[ACCORDION] Are IAM, SSO and Password management features from JumpCloud included?

Hofy are only offering the device management side of JumpCloud’s services. If your organisation would like to use more of JumpCloud’s full suite (IAM, SSO, Password Manager, Conditional Access, etc) we can provide a referral to JumpCloud directly.
