Logging into the Hofy platform is easy and straightforward, using your chosen email address (personal email address is fine if you haven't started your job) and a strong password. You do have the options to set up SSO or two factor authentications, depending on the Tier of your Hofy account.

To log in to Hofy, you will need to receive an invite link from your organization's Hofy manager. If you haven't received one yet, please reach out to your manager to request an invite.
If you are having trouble logging in after receiving the Hofy invite link and setting up your login, it's possible that you logged in using a different email address. Please double-check the email address you used to log in and make sure it matches the one that received the invite link. You may either use your work or personal email registered on your profile to log in.
If you haven't logged in before, your organisation's Hofy manager will first need to send you a Hofy invite link.
For a forgotten password, simply enter the email address associated with the account, click 'Next', and then select "Forgot password?".
[ACCORDION] Role of the Organisation Manager when a team member can't log in
It's important to ensure that your team member has received a Hofy invite link before attempting to log in. The link will grant them access to the platform. To do so, go to their profile and select the "Send invite email" option located at the bottom left-hand side of the page.
