How to set up Career development plans
To set up career development plans, there are two components: Templates and Assignments.
First, create templates and then assign these templates to employees.
Step 1. Go to Engage > Career > Development plans.
Creating a template
Permissions
To create a template:
Step 1. Navigate to the Templates page and click on Create template.
Step 2. In the template editor, customize your template.
Step 3. Click Create when done.
The template is created and ready to be assigned to employees.
Assigning a template
Now that the template has been created, it can be assigned.
To assign a template:
Step 1. On the Assignments page, click Create assignment.
Step 2. On the New assignment page, enter development plan details.
Step 3. Click Assign.
The assignment is done and now employees will be linked to their career development plan.
