✅ Step 1 – Navigate to Services Icon
Clients can simply navigate to the Services Icon and select the Managed HR card.
✅ Step 2 – Click on Get Started
You can now activate Managed HR by selecting the countries and choose a service start date.
How to Submit Tickets on Managed HR
✅ Step 1 – Click on New Request
On the home screen, clients can create a new ticket by clicking “New Request”. This initiates the ticket creation flow.
✅ Step 2 – Select the Country and Provide Query Details
Select the country where HR support is needed and provide the query details including:
- Request name
- Request type
- Request category
- Request sub-category
- Request description
Clients can now review and submit the request.
How to Track Previous Requests
✅ Step 1 – Click on Tracker on the Home Screen
Clients can view a comprehensive table of their submitted tickets on Tracker the home screen. The table includes:
