No; there are no obligations for giving your contractors paid time off or sick pay, regardless of the type of contractor agreement.
Depending on the contractor agreement type, you may choose to enable time off for contractors.
Fixed contracts have a paid time off option, but clients will choose if time-off will be paid or unpaid.
If the days off are unpaid, the client will have to manually input how much they are deducting from the next invoice.
With Milestone or Pay As You Go contract type, workers may only request unpaid time off.
