Deel offers a Mass Pay feature that lets clients view and settle all upcoming worker invoices from one centralized page – regardless of contract type.
Using Mass Pay on Deel
Prerequisites
• You must have permission to view payroll and payment information in your Deel account. • At least one pending invoice must exist to see items listed on the Upcoming Payments page (otherwise you will see a “no pending invoices” message).
✅ Step 1 – Access the Mass Pay page
There are two ways to open Mass Pay:
- From the Home page – Click Pay in the Upcoming actions widget.
- From the top navigation – Click Payroll and you will land on the Payments section with the Payments due tab pre-selected.
When the page opens you will see all upcoming payments (or a notice that there are none pending).
✅ Step 2 – Review and select the invoices you want to pay
• The Payments due list shows each invoice’s worker name, invoice type, entity, due date, amount, and status.
• If there are no pending invoices you will see the message “There are no pending invoices. Please check back later to complete payments.”
• Use the filters (Entity, Contract/Agreement type, Currency, Group, Invoice due, KYC status, Worker status, etc.) to quickly narrow the list.
• By default, every invoice is pre-selected so you can pay everyone at once. Use the mass-unselect checkbox or individual checkboxes to fine-tune your selection.
The estimated Total amount due for all selected invoices is displayed in USD. You can change the settlement currency later in the payment flow.
✅ Step 3 – Choose your payment method
If compliance requires more than one payment, you must still select one payment method to fund all related transactions.
Selecting an individual invoice lets you preview or download that specific PDF invoice.
✅ Step 4 – Click Pay
✅ Step 5 – Review payment details
• Download a PDF statement summarizing the payment.
• Choose between a high-level overview or a detailed statement that includes fees and FX conversions.
• You can optionally append all individual invoices to the summary PDF.
✅ Step 6 – Send the funds by the due date
If you choose bank transfer you must initiate the transfer from your bank and ensure Deel receives the funds by the listed due date.
Copy the Deel reference number from the invoice details – this number is required for reconciling your payment.
Troubleshooting & Tips
• No pending invoices shown? Confirm there really are outstanding invoices, or verify you have the correct permissions.
• Can’t find the Payroll tab? Make sure you are on the Deel Home page and that your account role includes payroll access.
• Page not loading? Refresh the browser or try an alternate browser; if the issue persists, contact Deel Support.
• Check the Payments due tab regularly to stay ahead of upcoming or overdue payments.
