- Once you have uploaded the mandatory compliance documents, including the medical exam, you will be able to sign your agreement.

As you might know, in Belarus there are several documents that need to be submitted to authorities in wet ink for your enrollment. Such as:
- Autobiography: template available in compliance documents.
- Employment Confirmation Request: template available in compliance documents.
- Original Labor book: if this is your first job, please submit on the platform a statement to confirm it.
- Copy of the agreement
To send the documentation, please you will be offered the following options on the welcome email:
- Send information by post: if you want to send the documentation by post, the cost will be reimbursed. You will have to submit the expense on the platform and the reimbursement will be done on the next payroll.

- You will receive your salary via direct deposit to your bank account on the 15th and the last day of the month.
- Payroll cut-off dates always fall on the 15th day of the month.
- When taking a sick day or casual leave please email employee.experience@deel.com with the number of days you’re taking off. Remember that you have 7 days of casual leave per year and cannot be accumulated with your holiday leave.

- When you receive the medical certificate, upload it to the platform in the "compliance documents" section.
- Reimbursement for the medical examination: the cost will be covered by Deel, for this, once the exam is paid, request a receipt and upload it as an expense to the platform. Here is a simple guide on how to do it. The money will be returned on the next payroll.
- Remember that all documents (including the copy of the contract signed in wet ink) must be uploaded prior to the start date.

Serbia
- You will receive an email invitation to join Deel.

- In order to register you with tax authorities and for you to have an original version, we will send to your address 2 copies of your contract signed by post.
- Countersign both copies:
- Upload a copy of the agreement on the platform on the section compliance documents, this will speed up your registration.
- 📩 Send a copy signed in wet blue ink to Deel SB, Gavrila Principa 43, 11000 Beograd, Srbija. Courier costs will be covered, you just need to upload the expense on the platform.

Russia

As you might know, in Russia there are several documents that need to be submitted to authorities in wet ink for your enrollment. Such as:

To create the Personal T-2 Card and the Order of admission we will need all compliance documents submitted (including a copy in wet ink of your agreement).

Spain

- Once you access the platform, you will be asked to share your personal details with us.
- After submitting the information, our team will prepare your Employment agreement. You will receive a notification email when it will be ready for you to review.
- After you submitted the mandatory compliance documents, you will be able to sign the agreement.
- Medical exam: In Spain, it is mandatory to offer employees the possibility to go through a medical exam. For that, on the compliance document section, you will find the medical exam statement where you should confirm if you would like or not for us to organize the examination with our provider. If you selected yes, read the explanation in the next section.
- After all mandatory documents are filled in, you will receive an email with a notification when your Employment agreement is waiting for your review and signature.
Your documentation must be complete and validated before the payroll cut-off preceding your start date, in order to get paid on the next available payroll. If your documentation is not provided or validated, you will be paid on a later payroll.
Social Security
If you have never worked in Spain before you will probably require a Social Security number (NAF) assigned to you. NAF is not the same as NIF (Número de identificación fiscal). No worries! We can apply for it on your behalf.
The approval from the authorities takes up to 3 business days and as part of the requirements, you will need to fill in the TA1 document available as a compliance document.
Once your NAF is granted, we will provide you with the number so you can continue the onboarding process. This number is mandatory before the start date and is required in the employment agreement, therefore will be required so you can sign your contract.
Medical Exam
If you signed the document requesting the medical exam we will contact our provider to organize and schedule an appointment.
Within 7 business days, we will confirm with you a date an hour where you will have to go to get the examination. This exam is in person and will be done in the closest medical center according to the province informed during the onboarding.
In the email confirmation of the appointment, you will receive an email from our provider, Emesa Prevención, who will share a list of steps you should take 24h before the appointment.
The Protocol of the medical exam with a list of required steps for remote worker employees can be found in the Deel app FAQ under "other resources".
Once the medical exam is done, the provider will share with us the results and you can request to get a copy by email.
If you can't attend the appointment, you will need to confirm with us 48h prior to the assigned date.
This exam will be paid by the employer, so you don't need to pay anything.

Tunisia

- Once you log into the platform and share your personal details with us, we can create your Employment agreement.
- You will receive an email with a notification when your Employment agreement is waiting for your review and signature.
- Once your contract is signed, within the first weeks you will get an email from our Health Insurance provider. To know more about your insurer, check your welcome email!
- Employment check: during your first 3 months, you are required by law to go through a medical exam.
Medical Exam
Every employer has an obligation of the safety of results, which requires protecting the health of employees by providing them a regular medical follow-up.
We have partnered with Omag Consulting to manage the process of the Occupational Medicine exam.
Omag Consulting will be the interface between Deel and the medical centers in accordance with the labor legislation within the context of:
- Relations and registration formalities with the medical centers.
- The organization of medical visits (initial follow-up (hiring), periodic follow-up, return to work after long-term sick leave, maternity leave, etc).
- Managing other cases such as spontaneous requests, specific medical surveillance.
- Keeping schedules and following up appointments.
How we will organize your medical exam:
- Omag will schedule the appointment with you and your closest medical center.
- You will receive the appointment details by email mentioning the date, time, and place of the consultation.
- If you are unable to attend, you must inform Omag.
- Once the appointment is scheduled, Omag will send you two reminders (depending on the time frame between the notification and the appointment date).
After you visit the medical center, we will ask you to send a copy of the certificate to visite.medicale@omagconsulting.com

Social Security Numbers
As part of the onboarding process, you need to provide your Social Security ID Number, Social Security Fund Number, and Tax Number. It is mandatory in Greece to have this information prior to signing the agreement.
- Social Security Number: this number is given at birth. If you are a resident you should request your number to the closest Government office. Once the appointment is granted, the Social Security Number is usually given in 1 business day.
- Social Security Fund Number: you should request the Fund number to the closest Government office. Once the appointment is granted, the Social Security Number is usually given in 1 business day.
- Tax Number: you can request this number and the Tax Office information online and it is usually granted within 1 business day.
