This article explains how clients can pay invoices via USDC crypto-currency.
Clients must have a Coinbase account to pay in USDC.

✅ Step 1 – Click Pay on the homepage
On the homepage, the Payments Tracker displays all due and overdue invoices. By clicking Pay Now or Review All, the client can view the invoices.
This information can also be accessed by clicking the Payroll icon and then the Payments tab.
The Payments tab is enabled only for organization-approved payers.
✅ Step 2 – Select the workers for payment
Use the filters to select invoices by contract type, currency, entity, group, and more.
By default, all invoices will be checked, enabling payment to everyone at once. However, it is possible to mass unselect and choose only the specific individuals for payment.
The estimated total due for all selected invoices will be presented in USD. When the payment flow is initiated to begin paying workers, the currency can be changed, and the new amount and currency will be reflected on the platform.
✅ Step 3 – Select crypto-currency transfer
We support USDC payments through the client's Coinbase account.
Clients can issue the payment from either a corporate or personal Coinbase account.
✅ Step 4 – Choose Coinbase as the crypto provider
If Coinbase isn't the preferred payment method, click Use Another Method to bring up the full list of payment options.
Alternative payment methods, such as manual transfers and crypto payments, can be added during the Link a Payment Method step by selecting Click here in the box on the right, below the flow steps.
✅ Step 5 – Click Confirm and Pay to generate an invoice
Clients must send the payment from their Coinbase account to a Deel email address.
Please copy the Deel reference number listed in the invoice details box.
This number is how we reconcile invoices to payments, so please copy the number for records.
