Withdrawal estimated time of arrival
Your withdrawal ETA will always depend on the withdrawal method, as different methods have specific clearing times. You can find more information on particular methods and their ETAs below:
- Deel Card: instant
- Wallets: up to one business day
- Local bank transfer: one to five business days
- Bank transfer via SWIFT: five to seven business days
- Bank transfer via SWIFT to Russia: ten business days
What can cause a delay in the transfer?
These transfer times are only estimates and may be impacted by additional reviews or requests for information at the discretion of the payment providers.
Note that most payment providers, especially banks, do not process payments on weekends and public holidays.
What is the status of my withdrawal?
You can now find the estimated time for all your current withdrawals on your Dashboard in the Active Withdrawals card.
If the ETA is a range, you will see the last day in that range as the estimated time of arrival.
Withdrawal statuses
-
Processing = your withdrawal has been requested but has not yet been sent out
-
On its way = Deel has sent the withdrawal to the account you requested
Once withdrawal ETA has passed, the withdrawal will be moved to the Transactions history card.
