This feature works for both Full-Time Employees (Employer Of Record model) and Independent Contractors. For contractors, this feature will only appear when creating a Fixed Contract.

Step-by-Step guide to getting Salary Insights
Contractors
1. Go to Create a contract from the Deel Dashboard
2. Select Fixed Rate
3. In the General Info section, select the contractor location, role and seniority level
4. After clicking Next, you will automatically come to the Payment Details section.
If there are enough data points available, you will see a graph of the salary spread for that location, role and seniority level. You can toggle to see the graph as an annual or monthly spread.
Employees
1. Go to Create a contract from the Deel Dashboard
2. Select Full-Time Employee
3. Provide the employee location, role, and seniority in the Employee and Job sections
4. After clicking Next, you will automatically come to the Compensation section.
If we have enough data points available, you will see a graph of the salary spread for that location, role and seniority level in the next step, "Compensation". You can toggle to see the graph as an annual or monthly spread.
