This article explains how clients can add Brex as a payment method and pay invoices using Brex instant transfer.

✅ Step 1 – Click Pay on the homepage
On the homepage, the Payments Tracker displays all due and overdue invoices. By clicking Pay Now or Review All, the client can view the invoices.
This information can also be accessed by clicking the Payroll icon and then the Payments tab.
The Payments tab is enabled only for organization-approved payers.
✅ Step 2 – Select the workers to be paid
Use the filters to select invoices by contract type, currency, entity, group, and more.
By default, all invoices will be checked, enabling payment to everyone at once. However, it is possible to mass unselect and choose only the specific individuals for payment.
The estimated total due for all selected invoices will be presented in USD. When the payment flow is initiated to begin paying workers, the currency can be changed, and the new amount and currency will be reflected on the platform.
✅ Step 3 – Link the payment method
Select Brex instant transfer while linking the payment method.
Clients must be Brex account owners with Admin permissions to proceed.
Brex is available in USD.
✅ Step 4 – Confirm payment details
Double-check the amount to be paid, and click Confirm Payment
To see the statement before the transfer, click Download PDF.
Select the type of statement wanted - Summary or Detailed - and click Download.
Clients can confirm the payment by selecting the Payments tab in the Payroll icon and then selecting Statements & Receipts, the receipt will say Paid.
