Deel works directly with banks and payment providers that require us to perform a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
During the KYC process we will verify your identity in order to reduce the potential risk of unlawful use of the Deel platform.
Verifying your account will unlock all of Deel's features such as additional payment methods (for clients) and Perk (clients, employees, and contractors).
How do I know if my account is verified?
There are two places that will indicate if you have a verified account, Apps & Integrations and Payment Methods. You can verify your account from either screen.
How to verify your account in Apps & Integrations
✅ Step 1 – From your Dashboard, click Apps & Integrations and then select the Perks tab
✅ Step 2 – Click View Eligibility Criteria
✅ Step 3 – Enter the required information on the pop-up and select Submit.
That’s it! You should receive confirmation within 24 hours that your account has been verified.
The next time you click Apps & Integrations from your dashboard, you will see all available perks listed.
How to verify your account in Payment Methods
✅ Step 1 – Click Organization Settings (1) on your dashboard, then select the Payment Methods (2) tab
✅ Step 2 – Click Unlock Payment Methods and follow the instructions on the popup!
You should receive confirmation within 24 hours that your account has been verified.
