Deel Plugins are simple-to-use HR plugins that increase company engagement and help organizations better measure team collaboration and structure. In the current Deel interface, the destination previously referred to as Deel Plugins is labeled Slack & Teams Plugin.

To access the Slack & Teams Plugin page:

1. In the left sidebar, select Apps & Automation to expand its submenu. Additional options appear below the section, including App Store, Agentic workflows, and Slack/Teams Plugin.

   

2. Under Apps & Automation, select Slack/Teams Plugin and allow the page to finish loading.

   

3. Confirm that the page heading reads Slack & Teams Plugin. Use the Plugin for Slack and Plugin for Teams tabs to view the available integration options. On the Slack tab, select Connect Slack if you need to connect your organisation's Slack workspace.

• Onboarding:  Build automated workflows in Slack to take new hires from "Day 1" trainee to experienced high performer. Tasks are auto-assigned based on user location or department.

• Connections: Help your remote teams connect and build strong bonds with watercooler topics, interest groups, and meetup roulettes.

• 1-on-1s: Help your managers and direct reports better prepare for and conduct their 1-on-1s, all from the comfort of Slack

• Candidate Referrals: Keeps referrals top of mind and lowers recruitment costs. It also streamlines the candidate referral experience for teams right in Slack. Companies can easily sync the plugin with their careers page and ATS.

• Org Chart: Improve visibility and lines of communication across organizations with a powerful org chart tool. It also provides real-time notifications in Slack for user joins, info changes, departures, work anniversaries, and more.

• Pulse Surveys: Create custom surveys for your teams with as many questions as needed. Choose to allow responses via a 1-5 scale rating, multiple choice, or personalized answers.

• Announcements: Bulk-send Direct Messages in Slack or target certain users, without needing to manually select and message colleagues individually or create a new, non-private Slack channel. You can confirm that announcements have been read by recipients.

• Kudos: Enhances company culture by tracking and formalizing employee shoutouts (kudos). It also provides valuable insights for performance reviews and fosters team unity.
