What is the Tax Advice feature?
Contractors can select the Tax Advice tab on their home page to get help from a qualified tax advisor.
The service is currently available in six countries and will be expanded to other countries over time. If you do not see the Tax Advice tab, then it is not yet available in your country.
A contractor who uses the service is assigned a tax advisor who specializes in tax preparation in their country of residence.
How to request tax help
After accessing the Tax Advice tab, contractors can request tax help three ways:
-
Request a tax question analysis: for basic, simple questions. The length of the question is limited to 300 characters and only one tax topic. Response will be sent via email.
-
Book a 45-minute call with a tax consultant: for complex tax queries or if a contractor wants to speak with an advisor.
-
Request quote for another tax service: for those instances that cannot be covered via email or call. For example, when an annual tax report needs to be prepared there is no price set in advance for this service. Pricing depends on complexity of the request and will need to be agreed upon as part of the discussion between Contractor and Tax Advisor.
