Contractors can get tax advice by following these steps and get help from a qualified tax advisor.
If you do not see the Tax Advice tab, it is not yet available in your country
A contractor who uses the service is assigned a tax advisor who specializes in tax preparation in their country of residence.
What is a Qualified Tax Advisor?
A Qualified Tax Advisor is an individual or entity that has gone through Deel's onboarding process and has the required certifications and legal documents required to operate as a tax advisor in their country.
In order to be considered a qualified tax advisor, each tax advisor must have the following:
- A signed Platform Services Agreement between themselves and Deel
- Certificate of Incorporation, Ownership Information, and proof of company registration (if they are legal entity)
- Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process on the Deel platform
- Certificate of Good Standing from their supervisory authority
- Qualifications enabling them to provide tax advice services in their country of residence
- Insurance Certificate
How to request tax help
After accessing the Tax Advice tab, contractors can book a video call with a tax advisor to assist in their queries.
Note: Service costs vary by country and are charged in local currency.

Click Get Started on an available service in your country.
