Clients and employees must contact Deel Support in order to change their account's email address.
Our support agents are available 24/7 to assist in updating the email address on the Deel account. Once we verify the identity, our support agents will email a verification code allowing users to update the email address on their account. It's not possible to use two email addresses for the Deel account.
If accessing the email for the code is not possible, scheduling a live video call with us for further assistance is recommended.
Note: It is important that employees set their account email to a personal address so that they don't lose access to their account after a contract ends.
For Independent Contractors
Independent Contractors are allowed to change the email address on their account. Please note that they have to have a 2FA enabled to do it.

✅ Step 1 - Click on the avatar and select Account Settings
✅ Step 2 - Under Your Account, click on the pen icon to edit the email address
✅ Step 3 - Enter the new email address
After saving the changes, we will send a confirmation link to the current email address. Click this link to complete the changes. The change will only take effect after the confirmation.
For security reasons, contractors will be asked to complete the ID verification process when changing the email address in their account.
