In select countries, Deel offers an enhanced EOR model that provides compliant hiring solutions in countries with strict regulatory requirements that restrict the duration of employment through the normal EOR model.
Deel is able to offer another entity that can legally employ both nationals and non-nationals on behalf of your business in such countries. We provide a compliant hiring solution and Deel takes on full responsibility and ownership of the employment agreement.
Employees are referred to as consultants, and they work within a set project scope.

Why are workers referred to as a Consultant?
In certain countries with stringent employment regulations, Deel EOR will employ your worker as a consultant for a specified project to fulfill your project needs.
Deel will collect from you a defined project scope, and not a generalized job description as is typical with standard EOR services.
The consultant’s role and responsibilities will be in alignment with the project scope. The project scope is explained in the SOW document and is based on a one-year timeline.
Will my employees get a Deel email address?
Yes, employees who must sign an Employee Agreement (EA) and become EOR Consultants services will receive their Deel email address before they access the platform and sign the Employee Agreement.
Our IT department creates email addresses twice a week. Your worker will receive a special email invitation with a link to the employee platform and their new email address.
