How to View the Direct reports
What is a Manager in Deel HR?
As a manager in Deel HR, you are assigned either as a Direct Manager (responsible for specific direct reports) or as part of a Department Role (like a Head of Department). Both roles are categorized under managers.
As a manager, you can access the following features within the app:
- View sensitive data in the "All People" section for your direct reports.
- If your organization has configured it, then you can also approve time off, time tracking, and data change requests from your direct reports.
- View a list of your direct reports and their events on the Home screen.
- You can also view Time Off requests for your direct reports, as well as the requests of their direct reports.

How to View the Direct reports
