This article explains how clients can set up their anonymous reporting and ensure their organization adheres to international and local whistleblowing directives across different jurisdictions so clients can focus on running their business. With this feature, we ensure reporters’ identities are fully protected, giving EOR employees the confidence to report violations.
Enabling Anonymous Reporting
✅ Step 1 - Get started
Clients can enable the feature by clicking the More icon from their homepage and selecting the Anonymous Reporting tab followed by Get Started.
✅ Step 2 - Assign Roles
Clients will be asked to select admins and case managers for the anonymous reporting. Additionally, they’ll be required to add the company website URL and upload the company logo.
- Admins can view metrics and assign case managers, but cannot access case details and personal information
- Case Managers can access full case details for investigation and resolution
✅ Step 3 - Click Enable
The feature has been enabled and employees can start submitting reports.
Reporting Management
Once the feature has been enabled, clients will be able to access the dashboard by selecting the More icon from their homepage, followed by the Anonymous Reporting tab.
From the dashboard they’ll have visibility of:
- New cases
- Resolved cases
- Cases in progress
- Cases waiting reply
The list of cases will only be visible to case managers. They can assign cases to themselves or to another case manager. By clicking on a case, they’ll be able to review its details and follow up with the reporter. Within the case, they can close it by selecting Resolve Case.
The Directive (EU) 2019/1937 requires companies to respond in a timely and efficient manner by:
- Acknowledging receipt of the report within the recommended directive seven days,
- Investigating the information and providing feedback to the whistleblower within a reasonable timeframe after the receipt of the report. The directive recommends that the feedback is given within three months.
