How Deel’s Anonymous Reporting solution works
Deel’s Anonymous Reporting solution is designed to help your organization comply with the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive (2019/1937) and similar global regulations. The Directive requires secure, confidential reporting channels, acknowledgment of reports within seven (7) days, and follow-up within three (3) months. Deel extends these requirements with additional safeguards and ease of use.
| Key Feature | Description |
| Acknowledgment receipts | Reporters automatically receive confirmation when their case is submitted, supporting the Directive’s seven (7)-day acknowledgment requirement. |
| Case manager workflows | Built-in reminders help ensure updates are provided within the Directive’s three (3)-month feedback timeframe. |
| Anonymous two-way chat | Reporters can safely share more details or evidence while remaining protected. |
| Role-based access controls | Only designated case managers can access reports, ensuring strict confidentiality. |
| Encrypted submissions & audit logs | Protect confidentiality and provide defensible records for regulators, boards, and investors. |
| Customizable branding | Add your company’s logo, colors, and policy documents to make the reporting channel feel trustworthy and familiar to employees |
These features ensure your organization not only meets regulatory obligations but also strengthens employee trust, improves cultural adoption, and simplifies compliance management.
