✅ Step 1 - Open WeChat on your mobile device
✅ Step 2 - Search for and follow DeelCN
✅ Step 3 - Once you’ve followed DeelCN, start a conversation with Deel Support
✅ Step 4 - Log in with your Deel account
You’ll be prompted to log in with your Deel account credentials to verify your identity. (Only required once for verification).
Once logged in, you’ll be routed back to WeChat, and the pop-up login browser will close.
Deel will create a support ticket, and you’ll be connected with a Mandarin-speaking agent.

Log in via our website. Once logged in, you’ll have access to multiple support options directly from your Deel Inbox, including: live chat, email, and phone.
✅ Step 2 - Click the (?) icon in the top-right corner of the homepage
✅ Step 3 - Select the Communication Center
✅ Step 4 - Start a new chat to connect with a support agent.
