This article explains how Deel customers in China can use our WeChat customer support option to speak live with Mandarin speaking support agents (during regular business hours).
Step 1 - Start a chat in WeChat
Deel customers with WeChat accounts must follow DeelCN on WeChat.
After that, you can start a conversation with Deel support. You'll be prompted to login with your Deel account details.
The Mandarin-speaking support agent should respond to you in less than 2 minutes.
Step 2 - Continue conversation with Deel support
Once logged in, you'll be routed back to WeChat and will close the pop-up login browser.
Deel will create a support ticket for your issue monitor the WeChat conversation.
Please note that Mandarin-speaking agents are available to assist you within minutes during regular APAC business hours.
For out of hours requests, support tickets may be routed to non-Mandarin speaking Deel team members.
