Every new customer who joins Deel through your link and becomes eligible will also receive $500 in prepaid billing credits, which they can apply to eligible Deel fees.

Referral Program Updates
Our new reward structure applies as follows:
- For referrals created before December 2, 2025: you’ll receive a $500 reward.
- For referrals created on or after December 2, 2025: you’ll receive $1,500, and the new customer receives $500 in Deel Prepaid Billing Credits after meeting eligibility requirements. This is not retroactive.

How It Works
If a business signs up using your referral link and meets the eligibility requirements, you’ll receive $1,500 for each qualifying referral.
Your invitee will also receive $500 in Prepaid Billing Credits once they qualify. These credits can be used to cover eligible Deel fees. For details on how Prepaid Billing Credits work, please read our Help Center article About Prepaid Billing Credits and Upfront Billing for Clients.

What You’ll Earn: $1,500 for Every Qualifying Referral
You’ll get $1,500 for every business that signs up and qualifies across any Deel services, including:
- Independent Contractors (IC): When your referral hires and pays at least one contractor through Deel within the first 4 months.
- Employer of Record (EOR): When they hire and pay at least one employee through Deel’s EOR service within the first 4 months.
- Global Payroll: Once they complete their first payroll cycle within the first 4 months.
- Professional Employer Organization (PEO): After they onboard and pay at least one employee through Deel’s PEO service within the first 4 months.
- US Payroll: When they complete their first US payroll cycle with at least one employee within the first 4 months.
- Deel IT: When they use Deel IT for at least one employee within the first 4 months.
- Immigration: When they use Deel’s immigration services for at least one employee within the first 4 months.
There’s no limit to how much you can earn. Keep referring, and keep earning $1,500 for each new business that joins Deel.
Invitee Benefit: $500 in Prepaid Billing Credits
Every qualifying business you refer receives $500 in Prepaid Billing Credits after they meet the eligibility criteria.

Who Qualifies as a Referral?
For your referral to qualify, they will need to be a brand new Deel client and meet the eligibility requirements:
- New to Deel: They must not have signed up before or received a Deel demo.
Service requirements: They must use one of Deel’s services (IC, EOR, Global Payroll, and others) and meet the eligibility criteria within four months of signing up
How to Share Your Referral Link
Step 1. Grab your link
Click on your profile avatar in Deel and select Refer Deel. Copy your unique referral link from the “Invite Business” box. If you’re connected to your Deel app, you can directly click here.
Step 2. Share the link
Send the link directly to your contacts or share it via email, social media, or messaging apps. The link takes them to a demo request page where they can schedule a call to explore Deel’s offerings.
Step 3. Track progress
Go to the Invite History tab to track whether your referrals have registered, scheduled a demo, hired, or completed their first payment.
How to Claim Your Reward
Once your referral meets all the requirements:
- Click Claim Your Reward in your notification email or in the Referral Tracker.
- Confirm your payout method.
- Your $1,500 reward will be processed.
Invitees automatically receive $500 in Prepaid Billing Credits once they’re eligible.
