The Referral Program rewards users for inviting others to join Deel!
We love that so many people share Deel with friends, colleagues and social networks, and we wanted to say thank you.
If a business signs up using the referral link and qualifies, clients can receive up to $200 in Amazon Gift Cards!
Clients will receive a $50 Gift Card for every contractor that is hired & paid by the referral business, up to four contractors ($200 maximum) per invite. If the referral business hires one EOR Employee, clients will also qualify for a $200 Gift Card.
Note: the $200 maximum reward is per invite, meaning clients can keep referring new businesses and earning more rewards with additional invites to companies.

Who Qualifies as a Referral?
A qualified referral is any company that becomes a Deel client with at least one contractor or one EOR employee. Clients can receive up to $200 maximum in Amazon Gift cards if a client hires four or more contractors or at least one employee.
- Any company that becomes a new Deel client is a referral
- Referrals must be new to Deel. They may not be previous Deel clients or have received a Deel demo
- Referrals must onboard the contractor or employee and pay them within four months of signing up on Deel
How to submit a referral
✅ Step 1 – Click on the avatar and select Refer Deel from the dropdown menu
✅ Step 2 – Click Copy Link in the Invite Business box, and send the link to the referral
This link sends the referral to a Demo request page to enter their information and set up a time to talk with someone from Deel.
Or enter the referral's email address under Invite Business via Email.
The referral can also be invited through one of the social media channels listed on the screen.
✅ Step 3 – Check the referrals from the Invite History tab
Clients can also see the referral status if they have scheduled a demo, hired people, or made their first payment.
Remember, there is a four contractor ($50 Gift Card) limit per invite, but clients can keep referring businesses with additional invites and earn more rewards!
How to Get the Gift Card?
Once the referral has completed the requirements (see who qualifies as a referral for details), follow the steps below to receive the gift card:
✅ Step 1 – From the notification email or the Deel Dashboard, click Claim Your Reward
✅ Step 2 – Select the country and click Confirm
Gift cards are available only in the following countries:
Australia
Canada
France
Germany
Italy
Japan
Mexico
Netherlands
Poland
Saudi Arabia
Singapore
Spain
Sweden
Turkey
United Arab Emirates
United Kingdom
United States
If the preferred country is not on this list, the Gift Card will be issued from a listed country with the best shipping options.
✅ Step 3– Amazon Gift cards are sent from an automated Amazon email address to the email provided in the referral.
