Track App Renewals and Request Quotes via the Software Management Dashboard – Deel

Deel IT's Software Management dashboard now surfaces renewal alerts, licence utilisation data, and pricing comparisons directly in your SaaS Tracker, so you can act on renewal moments and optimise licence spend without leaving Deel.

Available to all SMB clients with an active SaaS Tracker.

Before You Begin

Apps need renewal dates populated in the SaaS Tracker to trigger renewal alerts. Add or update renewal dates from the Licenses tab.
Licence utilisation bars appear for apps where your IdP sync provides seat-level usage data.
To receive email renewal alerts, opt in from Software Management → Settings → Notifications.

Renewal Urgency Alerts

When an app has a renewal date within 30 days you will see:

Colour coding on the Licenses tab:

Red: renewing in 5 days or fewer
Orange: renewing in 30 days or fewer
No colour: renewing in more than 30 days

An alert banner with one of two actions:

"See Deel pricing" - if Deel resells this app
"Set a reminder" - if Deel does not resell this app

You will also receive email reminders at 30 days and 7 days before renewal if opted in.

Comparing Prices with Deel

For apps resellable through Deel, clicking "See Deel pricing" opens the price check panel showing Deel's price and your current spend side by side.

Requesting a Quote

Open a renewal alert or find an app with the "Available via Deel" badge in your Applications tab or catalogue.
Click "See Deel pricing" to open the price check panel.
Click "Request a quote" to submit a pre-filled quote request to your Deel account executive.

Your AE will follow up within 1–2 business days.

Licence Utilisation and Waste Flags

For apps where usage data is available via IdP sync:

A utilisation bar shows how many seats are actively used vs. your total licence count.
A waste flag appears if utilisation is below 70%.

If an app has both an upcoming renewal (30 days or fewer) and low utilisation (below 70%), a combined alert will appear.

"Available via Deel" Badge

Apps that Deel can resell display an "Available via Deel" badge in the Applications tab and app catalogue. Clicking the badge opens the price check panel for that app.

Not all apps are currently resellable through Deel. Contact your CSM to ask about availability for a specific app.

Go to Software Management → Settings → Notifications and enable renewal reminders.
